This website is operated by Xinghua Xiangwei Metal Products Co., Ltd. (“RyGood”, “we”), 39 Tangdaihe Road, Dainan Town, Xinghua, Taizhou, Jiangsu 225721, China. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site, why we collect it and what we do with it.

1. What we collect

• Inquiry data — name, email address, company, country, product requirement text and any drawing or file you attach.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and pages visited, collected by our hosting provider’s server logs and, where enabled, analytics cookies.
• Communication data — the content of emails, WhatsApp messages or form submissions you send us.

2. Why we collect it

• To answer your inquiry, prepare a quotation and discuss manufacturability.
• To fulfil an order, including shipping documents and customs declarations.
• To keep the site working and understand which pages are useful.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

3. Drawings and confidential files

Files you send are used only to quote and manufacture your parts. They are stored on our server and, where needed, shared with our own production staff only. We do not share them with third parties, do not reuse them for other customers, and do not use them in our marketing without written permission. We will sign your NDA before you send anything, and we delete files on request once a project is closed.

4. Payment data

We accept bank transfer, PayPal and Alipay. Payment details are processed by the relevant provider under its own privacy policy; we only receive the confirmation and the information needed to identify your payment. We never store full card numbers.

5. Cookies

The site uses necessary cookies for basic functions. If analytics or advertising cookies are enabled, they are listed in the cookie notice and can be refused without losing access to the site.

6. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us operate: hosting, email, freight forwarders and customs brokers, and payment providers. We do not sell personal data.

7. Retention

Inquiry data is kept while the commercial relationship is active and for as long as tax and contract law requires. Drawings are kept for the duration of the project plus the warranty period, or deleted earlier on request.

8. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to a specific use. Write to [email protected] — we answer within 30 days.

9. Security

Access to inquiry data and drawings is restricted to staff who need it. Files are transferred over HTTPS where the channel supports it, and production computers are not connected to public file-sharing services.

10. Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes affecting existing customers are communicated by email.
